Old cabling, too few circuits and sockets in the wrong places. During a renovation we replace the entire installation, from the fuse box to the last outlet, and hand it over certified to NEN 1010.
With cabling from before 1975, with two-core wiring that has no earth, or when the box still has screw-in fuses instead of breakers.
