A charge point on your company premises in Utrecht is more than a socket on the wall. Who charges, how much goes through per user, and whether the fleet is full in the morning: that comes down to the right unit and the right distribution. We are about 45 minutes away from our base in Haarlem. The grid operator here is Stedin; if your supply turns out to be too light, we handle that application.
On your own premises you decide who charges and at what rate. On a public road it runs through the municipality and a concession holder, and you have little say. For businesses, your own land is almost always the better route.
Business charging calls for a clean set of records: which vehicle, which employee, how many kWh and at what rate. With a certified meter and a management platform that comes out monthly in a form your accountant can use.
Charging runs for hours at full power. That does not belong on a shared circuit but on its own, with the right type of residual current device. We run it from the meter cupboard and label it, so it is clear later what sits where.
If you have solar panels, we set the unit to give priority to what you are generating at that moment. Your surplus then goes into the car instead of onto the grid at a low rate.
If your unit stands idle most of the day and can be reached from the street, you can make it available to other drivers and receive a fee per kWh delivered. That does need a certified meter and OCPP support.
Send a photo of your meter cupboard and of where the car is parked, and you will have a fixed price for unit and installation together within 24 hours.

That depends on your main supply and on what else runs in the building. We add up what actually runs at the same time and say whether an upgrade with Stedin is needed or load balancing will do.
Yes, with a card or through the operator’s app. You decide whether that is free, at cost, or with a margin. We set that up with you at handover.
There is no national subsidy for a home charging point. Some municipalities and employers do have a scheme, and there are tax options for business use. We do not know your situation, so check with your municipality or accountant.
